Lincoln Community Larder

The Lincoln Community Larder run a food bank in Lincoln. Our helpers are all volunteers and are always looking for more help. Volunteers will preferably be computer savvy and must be reasonably active as there’s a fair amount of bending and lifting and it does get busy on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We also need car drivers to collect our Friday donation of bread from Sainsburys and bring it to the Larder.

We need people to:
Help out in the Larder Tuesdays and Fridays, 1pm to 3pm which is our core time.
We are also open to customers referred by the recently formed LCAS (Lincolnshire Community Assistance Scheme) Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 4pm - 5pm when it is much less busy.
Work would involve putting away donations and food purchases and preparing for and serving customers.

For more information call Tina James, she will be happy to talk to you about helping and will show you around.
